WHO ARE WE?

Hello, my name is Arpit Mehta and I am currently living in Perth, Western Australia. I'm a Manager at my workplace and a full-time University student pursuing Bachelor of Commerce in the field of Marketing and Management.

I assume that you are here because you wanted to know more about me, which is great. Let me start with little bit of brief to my life in Australia. I came to Australia in 2016 winters. This was the first time that I traveled alone to a whole new country. First few weeks were rough, away from family and being a super-foodie I missed those curries. But slowly the people and surroundings started getting known to me and I realized it's not hard if we accept that one cannot always get what they want in life, we just have to appreciate what we have got and bring the best out of it.

My passion for marketing has been in me since I turned 16, I realized it when I took an initiative to take my father's 48years old photography business from a traditional type to the networking marketing business and that was when I made a Facebook page in 2013 under his business name and started posting his work which targeted the local community and also audience of different age groups and gender. From 100 followers in first month on the page, our family is now of 49,000+ followers and a 5 star rating from our customers. My father has always appreciated my initiative and given me credits for the network I have built for his business on the social media.

This Blog is going to take you around City of Joondalup, showcasing the standard of attractions and top things one could do in the City. City of Joondalup is north metropolitan part of Perth region (Tra.gov.au, 2019). No matter it is population or Attractions City of Joondalup is outstandingly diverse, which makes it a bold and creative city (Joondalup.wa.gov.au, 2019).

With a 17km of beautiful coastline, numerous natural bush land reserves and lakes, and hundreds of parks and public open space located in modern urban setting only 20 minutes north of the Perth CBD (Joondalup.wa.gov.au, 2019).

Founded in 1998, City of Joondalup has been a vibrant progressive city & recognized nationally and internationally for its innovative and successful services & programs for having a connected and engaged community (Joondalup.wa.gov.au, 2019).
